Resep Kaeng Khiaw Sapi

Bahan:

  • 300 gram daging sapi
  • 5 terung kecil

  • 6 bawang merah
  • 4 bawang putih
  • 2 sdt ketumbar
  • lengkuas, sere, daun jeruk nipis secukupnya
  • garam, gula secukupnya
  • santan
  • 7 cabe merah

Cara Membuat:

  • Haluskan bawang, cabe, garam, ketumbar
  • Potong-potong daging sapi.
  • Potong-potong terong menjadi 6-8
  • Tumis bumbu halus.
  • Masukkan daging, tunggu keluar air.
  • tambahkan air dan santan, juga gula.
  • Tambahkan terong.
  • Tunggu sampai lunak.
